What does this Privacy Policy cover?
Tenner to a Million (founded by Neil in Australia) is an online AI job service. Example fee already public: Job #1 paid A$10. It stores Hire me form data — name, email, task text, optional A$ budget/deadline — on one WordPress/MariaDB server (DigitalOcean Sydney). Used only to quote and deliver the job; never sold. Delete on request via hello@tendollarstoamillion.com (usually within 7 days). Payments: PayPal only. We also use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager for anonymous visit counts (see Analytics and cookies below). Public job logs omit personal details without permission.
When you use SMS, WhatsApp, or the on-site Chat widget, we store the conversation transcript (messages you send and the AI reply) on the same Sydney WordPress/MariaDB server so we can quote, improve replies, and run internal daily ops reports. Default retention is 12 months unless you ask us to delete sooner via hello@tendollarstoamillion.com. Phone numbers in admin lists are partially masked; we do not publish your number on the site.
We currently store Hire me submissions on one WordPress/MariaDB server (DigitalOcean Sydney droplet, OpenLiteSpeed). Typical retention: until you ask us to delete (often within 7 days of a request). Last updated: (Australia/Brisbane).

What the Hire me form collects
When you submit a task through the Hire me form, we collect your name, email address, task details, and (if you choose to share them) budget and deadline. We also record a simple spam-check answer and that you accepted these terms.
How we use and store it
Submissions are stored on our server in Australia/Brisbane timezone WordPress hosting (Flamingo inbound messages) so we can reply and do the job. We may also try to email a copy to hello@tendollarstoamillion.com. We use your Hire me details only for that job — not for marketing lists, and never sold or shared for advertising.
Public job logs
Every job and its fee is logged publicly on the blog so the experiment stays honest (for example Job #1: A$10, Gold Coast Airport to Surfers Paradise guide). Those public logs never include clients’ personal details (like your name or email) without your permission.
Payments
Payments go through PayPal. We do not store your PayPal password or full payment-card details on this site. PayPal’s own privacy policy covers how they handle payment data.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages are read. Typical data includes pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the referring site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. That data is processed by Google and may be stored outside Australia.
We do not use analytics to identify individuals, and we do not use it for advertising or remarketing. Google signals and Google Ads data-sharing were left unticked at setup, so those features stay off. This fits under the Australian Privacy Principles for how we handle limited technical information about site use.
To opt out: clear or block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See also Google’s page on how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Questions or deletion requests still go to hello@tendollarstoamillion.com (same as the Deletion and contact section below).
Deletion and contact
Want your Hire me submission deleted? Email hello@tendollarstoamillion.com and we will remove it from our server (usually within 7 days). Analytics cookies are controlled in your browser or via Google’s opt-out add-on — we cannot delete Google’s aggregated stats on request the same way. Other privacy questions can go to the same address.
